Mission Statement

St. Edward’s preschool is designed to provide a safe, enjoyable experience in a Catholic Christian environment. We are committed to challenging, fun, and formative activities that will teach children they are special and unique gifts from God.

 

Purpose

Our purpose is to provide and instill an excitement and motivation for learning while teaching the “whole” child, lifelong, social, and academic skills. The children will be encouraged to establish early friendships and interaction in a Christian environment, while developing self-esteem and the confidence to make decisions for them.

 

Open Enrollment for 2024-25

Our preschool is now enrolling students in our 3 and 4 year old programs for the 2024-25 school year. We believe that this age is a very important time for learning. Our preschool curriculum focuses in all areas for development: social/emotional, physical, cognitive and language. It also focuses on different content areas: literacy, math, music and the arts. We currently use Zoophonics and include ABC Music and Me. Our preschool gives children plenty of hands-on opportunities to explore their world while in a Christian environment. Class size is small, which provides your children a better chance to develop socially as well as academically.
